PAPER ON THE ROAD

Yup. Sure do. I live on a highway bend, on a highway increasingly sandwiched by bedroom-community development forcing people to drive between work and home. They drive too fast, and I paste paper things on the road to try and nudge them out of mindless (automatic, inconsiderate) driving. At least I have no evidence that it does not work a little. So I see no harm in trying. But once adults harden into mainstream thinking, I doubt that they are able to think that far outside the box. Children might, though, and the fact that we can't find or engage with a single teacher online suggests that the schools are the missing link for any kind of hopeful view for innovation in Jamaica.
