Patching and straightening

Being ever the gradualist who believes in the gentle nudge over the radical fix, I'm looking to work with everyone who is there. I'm seeing "our" program as a subtle overlay to the ragged systems that are in place, trying to straighten out and patch them where we can. I wouldn't expect the Trust to be in the technical or psychological state to make a dramatic turnaround all by itself. Whether they'll give us room to do our patching and straightening is the question. Their buy-in and "support" would seem to be indispensable. (Following your example ?)
